Golden Apple Tea, AKA Indian Bael Juice is a refreshing drink commonly served ice cold on the busy streets on Bangkok. The fruit is sliced thin, then dried. When made into a juice, it needs to boiled or steeped in hot water. Optionally, (but reccommneded) you can add touch of sugar/honey and some ice. Beside from quenching your thirst, and being unbelievably refreshing, Golden Apple Tea also has antimicrobial properties, anti-inflammatory effects, and hepatoprotective properties, which may help protect the liver.

    - Your item is in the original packaging.

    2. Non-Refundable Items

    - Opened or used tea packets.
    - Promotional items.
    - Items marked as final sale or clearance.

    3. How to Request a Refund

    To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

    2. **Return Authorization**: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and further instructions.
    3. **Return Shipping**: Please ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    4. Processing Refunds

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    5. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.     - All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    - If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Here are our standard shipping rates and delivery estimates:

    - Pow's Herbal Tea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    5. Damages

    - Pow's Herbal Tea is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
